Purchase and payment

MixRelay paid licences are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax calculation and remittance, receipts and invoices, and payment disputes, and the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms govern the purchase. The price is US$69 list and US$39 everyday sale price, excluding tax; the final amount including tax is shown at checkout before you pay. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Licence and what it includes

Use of the software is governed by the MixRelay licence agreements (app, Driver). A paid licence is for the purchaser alone, who may activate it on an unlimited number of their own computers. Do not share your key. Updates within the purchased major version are included, and paid features keep working offline for 30 days after the last successful online check.

30-day refund

Ask within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full, no questions asked.

Send your order number to [email protected] or to the Lemon Squeezy order support address on your receipt. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and the refunded licence is deactivated. Consumer rights under applicable law apply in addition.

Free features

After a refund, device deactivation or licence expiry, the free features (no time limit) and the free Driver keep working, and your recordings, projects and device settings are not deleted.
