For a problem report, include your MixRelay version, OS version and architecture, what you expected, the steps that reproduce the issue and the exact error message. Add relevant device or plug-in versions and a diagnostic report when needed. Screenshots should show the relevant state; redact unrelated personal information.
For refunds or an inaccessible computer’s activation, include the purchase reference and explain the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or a full licence key. For integration or redistribution, describe the intended product and distribution.
