Summary
MixRelay has no accounts, no usage analytics and no ad tracking, and your audio, recordings and projects stay on your computer. Purchase and licence data are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the seller. Echo Vision Lab itself handles only update checks and support email.
Purchase and licence data
What you enter at checkout, and licence keys and activations, are processed by Lemon Squeezy (USA) under the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy. The app sends api.lemonsqueezy.com your key and the device name you choose when you activate a licence, and your key and the activation ID when you check or deactivate it; nothing else. Echo Vision Lab can view order details in the Lemon Squeezy seller dashboard for refunds and support and keeps no separate copy.
What Echo Vision Lab processes
- Update checks: when the app contacts https://appserver.rawsector.com, the server log records the product name, operating system and processor type, and the IP address. They are used to provide updates and handle outages and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Support email: your email address, message and attachments are used to handle your request and deleted after being kept for 3 years following resolution (the dispute-record period under the Korean E-Commerce Act). Diagnostic reports are received only when you send them and are deleted once the problem is solved.
Who processes data for us
- Echo Vision Lab's own servers (Republic of Korea): update server and web pages
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): request delivery and security for the update server and web pages
- Google LLC (USA, Google Workspace): sending, receiving and storing support email
Overseas providers process data only as needed for these services, as disclosed here. Cookies on the web pages follow the rawsector Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information by writing to [email protected]; we act without delay. You may also seek advice or remedies from the Personal Information Protection Commission, the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee or other relevant authorities.
