These terms govern the free and paid MixRelay app and its graph engine on macOS and Linux. MixRelay Driver is governed separately by the MixRelay Driver Software Licence Agreement (LICENSE-Driver.txt), even when supplied in the same installer.
The software-use agreement is formed when you agree to these terms after they have been presented to you before installation or use. If you do not agree, do not install or use MixRelay's proprietary app components. An authorized person may agree on behalf of an organization. Third-party licence rights remain unaffected by accepting or declining these terms.
Echo Vision Lab grants you non-exclusive permission to install and run authorized app binaries for personal or business audio work, including commercial recording, production and broadcasting, within your applicable features and purchase entitlement. You may keep backup copies necessary for that use. Software ownership is not transferred.
The free app provides a feature-limited evaluation with no time limit. The free app can save and load one graph and its channel mappings. Driver settings remain free. No reduced audio quality, noise or artificial delay is added for evaluation purposes.
The free Driver provides one default basic virtual device with free channel-count, sample-rate and PCM-format settings. Renaming devices requires the paid app. Creating or removing multiple virtual device identities (Create/Remove) requires the paid app; neither the free app nor standalone Driver provides these operations. Virtual devices already created through the paid app remain available after the app quits. Any graph, node, processing-channel or recording limits are stated in the feature information for the version you use. A purchase covers the features described in its offer; these terms do not authorize undisclosed limits or a reduction of purchased features.
A paid licence covers the purchased major version. Any activation limit is stated in the offer before payment. Updates made available within that major version are included. If another major version is offered, purchasing it is optional. Not purchasing another version does not cancel the purchased-version entitlement.
This is not a monthly subscription. Installing an update does not by itself cancel your purchased-major-version entitlement.
The paid app requires online purchase authentication. Offline authorization lasts 30 days from the last successful online verification. Online recheck conditions are stated before payment. This period is not the licence term or a recurring payment period. Restarting or a failed check does not extend it. Expiry or a network error does not by itself cancel the purchase or abruptly interrupt already-playing audio.
To move your activation, deactivate the old device online and activate the new device within the purchased activation conditions. Server deactivation is complete only after the licensing service confirms it. If the old device is inaccessible or deactivation cannot be completed, contact [email protected]. Uninstalling, reinstalling or deleting local credentials does not by itself release a server activation or cancel the purchase.
After deactivation or withdrawal of paid access, the system may continue using the free app and free Driver features. Recordings, projects and device settings are not deleted by that change. Paid-only operations remain subject to a valid paid entitlement. Do not share keys for unauthorized use or bypass purchase authentication or free-feature limits.
MixRelay's own proprietary code remains private. Free distribution or an app purchase does not grant access to its private source repository or permission to publish that source, modify its proprietary components or redistribute them.
OEM, bundling, resale, white-label distribution and providing MixRelay itself as a component of a third-party product or service require prior written permission and a separate paid agreement. Ordinary use as an installed audio tool for commercial work does not by itself constitute product integration. An app purchase does not include these integration or redistribution rights. Ask [email protected] about a separate agreement.
These restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable law, including lawful backup or interoperability-related acts, or by third-party licences.
Third-party licences govern their corresponding components and prevail over inconsistent restrictions here. This includes MIT/Apache-2.0 vendor code and its licensed modifications, including MixRelay-authored LV2 state changes, any included MPL-2.0 components and Apple sample-derived code under their original licences. Their licensed source, modification and redistribution rights are preserved. Applicable copyright notices, licence texts and required source-access notices must accompany the corresponding components.
You retain your rights in recordings, projects and other material created or processed with MixRelay. These terms do not give Echo Vision Lab ownership, publication, marketing or training rights in that material. You are responsible for obtaining permissions needed to record, process or broadcast third-party material. A MixRelay purchase does not license a third-party plug-in.
Keep copies of important work before changing your setup. Stopping use or ending the software licence does not transfer your work to us or require its deletion. Use the data-deletion choices offered during uninstall for app-managed files; your external recordings and projects are not part of the software licence.
For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax, refunds and chargebacks under its transaction terms. Echo Vision Lab remains the app's developer/licensor and handles product support and obligations attributable to it under these terms and applicable law.
The seller, price, taxes, licence scope and applicable refund conditions are shown before payment. To request cancellation or a refund, contact [email protected] or the order-support channel on your receipt with your information identifying the purchase and your request. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. We will assist with product-related claims; using Lemon Squeezy does not exclude any responsibility imposed on Echo Vision Lab by applicable law.
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days after purchase without giving a reason. Send your request to [email protected] or the order-support channel on your receipt; include information identifying the purchase. A request sent within that period qualifies even if it is processed later. This policy supplements, and does not limit, mandatory withdrawal, refund or defect remedies. Downloading, installing or using the app does not by itself exclude this 30-day refund policy.
Mandatory withdrawal, refund and defect remedies remain available. Where Korean e-commerce consumer law applies, the ordinary withdrawal period is seven days from receipt of the written contract information, or from supply if later. Statutory extensions apply when required information is missing or withdrawal has been obstructed. Beginning digital-content supply can limit ordinary withdrawal only if the statutory conditions, including clear notice and the required trial or inspection measures, are met. Unsupplied separable parts remain subject to withdrawal. Trying the free app or accepting these terms does not itself waive withdrawal rights.
For content supplied contrary to its description or contract, Korean law allows withdrawal within three months of supply or within 30 days of when the discrepancy was known or could have been known. A statutory withdrawal from a digital-content purchase requires reimbursement within three business days of withdrawal, together with payment-cancellation measures and any statutory delay compensation. No withdrawal penalty is imposed. More favourable mandatory local rights and agreed refund conditions remain intact. A refunded paid entitlement may end, but the separate free Driver permission continues.
Following a full refund, paid access is withdrawn when an online response from the licensing service confirms that the refunded paid entitlement is no longer valid. A connection failure alone is not that confirmation. We do not require an offline computer to reconnect solely to enforce the refund and permit continued use within its existing offline authorization. This does not extend the applicable offline period or authorize a new paid activation. Free app and Driver features remain available; the refund does not delete user recordings, projects or device settings.
Online activation sends your licence key and chosen activation name directly to Lemon Squeezy over HTTPS. Validation and deactivation send the key and activation identifier. These requests authenticate your purchase and manage device activations. Local activation credentials use the operating system's credential storage. Payment information is entered in Lemon Squeezy's checkout, not the app's licence-key form.
The app checks for updates at launch and every 24 hours while running, and when you request a check. Checks contact https://appserver.rawsector.com with the product, operating system and processor architecture. The service also receives normal connection information, such as your IP address. Licensing and update requests do not upload your audio, recordings, project contents, graphs or audio-device names. Opening a download uses your browser and the selected download host. Third-party plug-ins and services have their own data practices.
When you contact support, we receive the contact details, message and files you choose to send. Send only information needed for your request. Lemon Squeezy's handling of purchase and licensing data, including processing outside your country, is described at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Accepting this agreement is not consent to optional marketing, analytics or international transfers. You may send privacy questions and requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information to [email protected]. Applicable identity-verification requirements and statutory record-retention obligations remain in effect. Refusing optional processing does not remove your software licence or statutory rights.
Use the supported OS, device and plug-in configurations described for the released version. Support and compatibility questions may be sent to [email protected]. Compatibility with every configuration and uninterrupted, error-free operation are not promised. These statements do not override the product description, agreed purchase conditions or statutory quality remedies.
Our target is a first response within two Korean business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in South Korea (Asia/Seoul). This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline, and does not extend statutory response or refund deadlines.
Each party's liability is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, impose a blanket damages cap, or shift risks to you contrary to mandatory law.
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. This alone does not cancel a purchase or constitute a refund request. Device deactivation follows section 3.
Device deactivation or a refund of paid access does not itself end permission to use the free app or free Driver and does not require uninstalling them or deleting your work.
If a breach provides lawful grounds for restriction or termination, Echo Vision Lab will identify the grounds and follow the notice and opportunity-to-remedy requirements of applicable law. These terms do not grant an arbitrary right to revoke a paid licence. Upon lawful termination, stop using proprietary components for which permission has ended and remove the corresponding copies, subject to applicable law. Your work, third-party licence rights, claims for refunds or damages and the separately governed Driver are not automatically extinguished.
We identify the changes and effective date of a revision and provide advance notice and obtain consent where applicable law requires. Silence or continued use alone is not agreement to reduced purchased entitlements or waived mandatory rights. An individually agreed purchase condition prevails over a conflicting standard term to the extent applicable law provides.
Interpretation and any dispute remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights, including jurisdiction rules. No exclusive court or blanket choice of law is created here. These terms govern MixRelay Driver and its device-management/basic-loopback components on macOS and Linux. The MixRelay app and graph engine are separately governed by the MixRelay App Software Licence Agreement (LICENSE.txt), even when included in the same installer.
The software-use agreement is formed when you agree after these terms have been presented before installation or use. If you do not agree, do not install or use MixRelay's proprietary Driver components. An authorized person may agree on behalf of an organization. Third-party licence rights remain unaffected by accepting or declining these terms.
Echo Vision Lab grants you non-exclusive permission to install and run authorized Driver binaries free of charge for personal or business audio work, including commercial recording, production and broadcasting. You may keep backup copies necessary for that use. Software ownership is not transferred.
No paid app purchase or purchase authentication is required for the Driver's free functionality. The free Driver provides one default basic virtual device with free channel-count, sample-rate and PCM-format settings. Renaming devices requires the paid app. The app's evaluation limits do not restrict Driver channels or device-settings storage.
Creating or removing multiple virtual device identities (Create/Remove) requires the paid app; neither the free app nor standalone Driver provides these operations. Virtual devices already created through the paid app remain available after the app quits.
The paid app's purchased-version entitlement, activation conditions and offline authentication conditions do not limit this free Driver permission. Reinstalling the Driver or changing basic settings does not require paid activation. Ending, deactivating or refunding paid access does not cancel the free Driver permission or delete your device settings, recordings or projects.
Free use does not make MixRelay's own proprietary code open source or grant access to its private source repository. These terms do not permit publishing its own source, modifying its proprietary components or redistributing them.

The service also receives normal connection information, such as your IP address. The update request does not upload audio, recordings, project contents, graphs or audio-device names. You can use the Driver without requesting an update check.
Opening a download uses your browser and the selected download host. When you contact support, we receive the contact details, message and files you choose to send. Send only information needed for your request. Third-party applications and services have their own data practices.
Accepting this agreement is not consent to optional marketing, analytics or international transfers. Applicable identity-verification requirements and statutory record-retention obligations remain in effect. Ordinary Driver use does not require a fee, paid activation or marketing consent.
When you choose to activate or manage paid MixRelay features, the Driver management process handles the app's licensing requests. The transmitted data, purpose and credential storage are described in section 7 of the MixRelay App Software Licence Agreement (LICENSE.txt). Free Driver use does not require these requests.
Deactivating or refunding paid app access does not itself end this free Driver permission.
You may stop using and uninstall the Driver at any time. Uninstalling alone does not cancel a paid app purchase or confirm server deactivation of that app.
